• This LIVE On Line training is conducted by Dale Carnegie certified trainers and producers.
• Participants will be able to connect to the virtual classroom via the internet and will use interactive tools to guide them through the program.
• To ensure that the training is not just a one-way lecture, there will be small-group discussions in breakout rooms, interactive whiteboards, polls, and other activities that will help participants stay focused. Participants will constantly interact with trainers and other classmates online via web camera and microphone, so everyone feels like they are in the same room.
