Innovational Leadership
In today’s fast-changing business environment, leaders are expected to do far more than manage tasks or provide answers. They must inspire innovation, guide teams through complexity, make sound decisions under pressure, and translate vision into clear, executable plans. This three-module leadership development program is designed to equip leaders with the practical skills and structured processes needed to do exactly that.
The program integrates Innovation, Problem Analysis and Decision-Making, and Planning into a cohesive learning journey. Rather than treating these capabilities as isolated skills, the program demonstrates how they work together in real leadership situations—from generating ideas, to evaluating options, to executing plans that deliver results.

One of the greatest challenges we face in a leadership role is the issue of making decisions. Decisions are best made at the level at which they will be executed, yet taking the time and providing the data and resources may seem impractical.
Many tools exist to make the process of decision-making easier and more interactive. In this session we highlight several different methods for gathering and analyzing data in a group environment.
After completing this session, we identify three different methods for making decisions utilizing the input of others.
