COVID-19 Prevention & Safe Participation Measures for Face-to-Face Group Training

Attendance policy for face-to-face group training

D. C. TRAINING JAPAN K.K. has taken the following measures to prevent infections and to ensure the health and safety of all participants in our face-to-face group training sessions.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation in taking these safety measures.

Decision-making process to hold face-to-face group training or not

In the event that the semi-emergency coronavirus measures are put in place, we will switch the scheduled face-to-face training sessions to LIVE On Line training. Even if the measures are not applied, we will monitor the COVID situation and may decide to move the face-to-face training session to LIVE On Line. We will make the decision by 2 weeks prior to the course start date.

If we decide that the COVID situation is under control, we will consider returning to face-to-face training.

Requirement for course participants

  1. To ensure a safe and secure environment for all training, we ask all participants to have taken the second COVID-19 vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to the start of the course.
  2. Please bring your vaccination certificate with you on the day of the training, as we may need to check it.
  3. We ask that you take your temperature and disinfect your hands one by one when you arrive.
  4. If you have a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you may not be allowed to participate.

Measures taken at the training venue

We will review the maximum capacity of the course and operate the course in a format that avoids sanmitsu (enclosed environments), while taking the following infection control measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.

  1. Trainers and on-site staff will wear masks, disinfect their hands, and take their temperature on the day of the course.
  2. All trainers and on-site staff have been vaccinated twice.
  3. Regular ventilation and disinfection of the training venue.
  4. Social distancing maintained throughout the training.

Since 2020, we have been conducting online training (we call it "Live Online") which has been highly received. We continue to provide a wide range of training content through Live On Line, so please feel free to contact us.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
